What the money buys
Typical stock is fitted offices of 15–100 m² in 1990s–2000s towers with parking and a Green-line metro station within a few minutes — Union, Baniyas Square, Al Rigga and Salah Al Din carry most of the supply (Al Rigga alone has 24 centres from our list around it). Per square metre the median here is $36/m² a month — higher than it looks, because units are small; the monthly totals stay the lowest in Dubai.
